Is your Rolex tougher than a puppy?

I recently learned that puppy teeth are hard enough to scratch the acrylic crystal on a vintage Rolex. Puppies also like NATO bands.

You don't see this in Rolex advertising.

This is my contribution to the "Do you eat/sleep/dance/shower/swim/cut cucumbers... with your Rolex" threads. Sorry!

My puppy has scratched my Rolexes a number of times. I love it...those memories will be with me forever. I wouldn't change a thing as my dogs mean more to me than my watches.

puppies and babies have some of the sharpest/abbrasive nails I've ever encountered. My nephew reached for my sunglasses one day, and with the slightest scrape of his newly formed nail, off went some of the AR. As for teeth well, I dont mind when my dog or cat decide to use me as a a chew toy, but never my Rolex. :)

Those vintage acrylic crystals do scratch easily. Beautiful puppy!
