Question on Guarantee Card

I noticed on my guarantee card for the Sub, other than details of the serial and model, it has a N client : 100. Any idea what this means?

N client is the country code that the watch was intended to be sold. 100 is the country code for Germany.

Check out this for reference:

If its the first line on card then its normally the country code 100 is for Germany.
