While diving a wreck the crystal was scratched on a rusty piece of hull plating, it could hardly be noticed to the naked eye, but was picked up on its first service by Rolex, a few years later i decided to get the crystal replaced and took it to my local AD, who contacted Rolex, who informed me that they would not change the crystal without another service, so my baby has had two services in seven years.
