Icon20 Panerai Strap/Buckle/Deployment Question

I've pretty much decided to flip my Rolex Sea Dweller for either a PAM 111 SS Lum Man or a PAM 183 SS Rad Man. With the exception of the shower and the pool, I wear my SD everywhere. I would like to the same with the PAM 111 or 183. So, I am looking for recommendations for a sturdy and secure strap/buckle/deployment combination that can be rinsed off and not become stinky with sweat over time. Ideally, this strap/buckle/deployment combination would be black and span the range from five mile morning run to afternoon business meeting. Maybe something in cabon fiber or water proofed leather? I know this is a tall order, but if anyone can help it's the members of this forum.
Thanks in advance.

I think that Ted su diver should fit the bill. Check for a recent tread with picks.

J, Lee Fei,
Thanks for the suggestion. The Ted Su diving strap will be perfect for the 24/7/365 wear of a PAM 00111, 00183, 00005.

The original panerai rubber strap should do just fine too.. They're very soft and provides a great hold on your wrist while still maintaining comfort..
