Anybody tried to self regulate an IWC with the 80111 Pellaton Mvt.?

Although the old literature from Rolex seems to indicate that watches respond to particular resting positions overnight, my experience is that different watches respond to different positions, or not at all.

So, my question is, I have a vintage collection Aquatimer, it's very accurate, still, if I can offset the slight inaccruacy by simply choosing the best position to rest it at night, why not? :)

This watch has the in house 80111 mvt, the same I believe found in the current non chrono Ingeneuirs, so, has anyone with either the VCAT, or an Ing. noticed how they respond, it at all, to different nightly resting positions?

Of course I realize I'll probably just have to try all positions myself, time the watch and see which if any affect the rate, but I thought I might get a lead as to which to try first. Never hurts to ask, after all, isn't this what forums are for? :)

Thanks.
