Servicing in the UK

I am the happy owner of a GMT Master II (Fat Lady, with a Pepsi bezel instead of the original Coke one) from early 1989. Never went to service in the UK. I have problems with my bezel which seems unstable ... I see that there are 3 addresses for servicing, if I wanted to go 'direct' to Rolex .... Headoffice in St James Aq in London, Bexley and West Malling. Anyone could explain the difference? PLEASE HELP.

Since you are in London why not pop in to St. James's Square? You can even just send them the watch.

Been many times and each time received impeccable service. Likewise, have sent over watches for regulating, repair, etc., . . . excellent every time.

Thanks, a shop fit a wrong pepsi bezel (the one for the acrylic crystal 16750) instead of the one for the sapphire crystal models ... and they are slightly different ... will try St James, thanks.
