1936-39 Breitling Royal Air Force Chronograph 2458 RARE

I wasn't sure where the best place was to post this, as it could fit a number of topics. I'm sure the Mods will decide.

Having no knowlrdge of Breitling watches I found this quite intriguing, and wondered if the Breitling owners would like to comment...

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1936-39-Breitl...item4aa8bfa866

Here is the description:

For no reserve auction, 1936-39 Breitling RAF (British Royal Air Force) 2458, PATT. 3169 = (Worlds 1st 2x Button Chronograph.) Also Breitling’s 1st and only MOD RAF Commission wristwatch. Read the history of Breitling. This watch is where it all began and its 100% all parts original. This is the rarest Breitling money can buy. It is the true Godfather of the Navitimer etc…. The watch has its original dial and it is the best I have ever seen. Never restored it also has original radium luminous 1to12 and original hands etc. (So many of these very rare Breitlings have replaced or restored dials. My watch is how they should look.) The Breitling signed stainless steel case has amazing flexible lugs which are hinged (see photo 9) beautiful design. Grade A+ swiss manufacture. The case is also never restored. Large for period 34x42mm. The original Breitling signed movement is perfect and works superb with all function. Comes with never worn superb military strap/band. Comes with 100% money back authenticity guarantee.. Bid with confidence. This watch is as good as they come and would be the star of any Military or Breitling watch collection.

I am not a Breitling guy, but I would stay away from this one.

The engraving on the back side looks like it done by an amature, sloppy and way too fresh.

Thanks for moving my post. Perhaps the Breitling guys will chip in. I'm not thinking of buying it, just came accross it whilst surfing the net.
