It means he has a bunch of Rolex's and AP. The rollies don't tick tock because he isn't wearing them and they are an automatic watch. The audamers are in more current rotation, but are being rotated so they are losing time. Jay-z is rich as f@&$, but too slow to buy one of those super duper multiple winders.

Love Jay-Z and watch the throne. Quite a few watch brand mentions on there, wonder if they actually get any free samples? The blogger for our site wrote a post about the Otis video from watch the throne. Jay-z sports a Hublot and mentions it as he shows it off right at the beginning, and Kanye wears a Daytona. With jay-z a huge Audemars fan with his own Royal Oak, our blogger though it was a pretty big deal that he was promoting Hublot in that song lol!
