Another great trip Dino! The platinum DD with glacier dial surely is an amazing piece but my pick would be the RG DDII as well (although I think I'd like a DDI better).

Thank you for sharing!

On the RG DDII, whilst it's undoubtedly a very cool watch, for me it's also more of a sophisticated dress watch and a bit too classic in style to be an everyday watch for a guy of your age.

So not sure it is going to look right with all the "young dude" clobber you wear. For example, to me, it doesn't look right with the jumper and jeans combo you are wearing in the photo.

Just throwing it out there since I'm of the opinion you should look at yourself from the outside, almost a third party perspective, and see whether it suits you and the clothes/image you have.

For example, I have come to the conclusion a YG watch just doesn't look right on me. Just a little too ostentatious whereas I feel I can wear TT or WG.

Your LVC on the other hand would fly with everything you have. As would a Sub, GMT or Daytona in a range of metals........

But ultimately your hard earned M8
Wow- I like that monster!! Way cool!!

Dino- that RG is all you! I must also say I love the LV on you and think you should go sports watch if you go gold!

RG Daytona, black dial. That would be my choice.

I am picturing your unveiling now... You know you're going to have to make a grand entrance right? Any Rolex timepiece is an achievement, now when you get into the precious metal monsters then it's only right to have a grand entrance! I am hoping you land your grail soon, I know you have been talking about GOLD for awhile now! The countdown begins in 5, 4, 3, 2....

That's true.

Dino, maybe you should take it one step at a time? Begin with a 116234 to get the WG bezel, the any Two-Tone watch to get some more precious metal and BANG, FINALLY, you get the full gold precious Rolex

The Platinum DD is gorgeous. Always thought the glacier blue dial was beautiful, second only to the meteorite dial. What is God's creation is that other skeleton beast?

That skeleton beast is called "Manufacture Royale Opera"...

Ins't she gorgeous!? It weighs the weight of two WG daytonas...

And costs around 300,000.00EU

And this is the guy who owns the company, and I was fortunate enough to meet the guy who designed it!
