Inadvertinly popped the bezel off my sub

Lucky me, just popped the bezel off my sub in the middle of Costco's parking lot. Was pulling a box out of the cart and caught the edge of my bezel on the lip of the cart. My son said what happened to your watch. The bezel and the underlying ring where lying on the grill work of the cart. But the little retaining spring was nowhere to be found. Does anybody know where I can order one besides from the dealer?

You can get them at a dealer as well. Just bring your watch in.

Did the same by catching it on the edge of a kitchen unit.Soon put it back but now the bezel moves easily both ways. Tried to get a spring ,with no luck, but still looking.
