Waiting for the new Milgauss
I wear my 1019 with a lot of pleasure....
This is one of the 500 pieces made without any luminous dot on the dial (blackout milgauss). 1968. Enjoy! L. |

That one's an all time vintage classic, Judex. Would be worth quite a few $$$ today!!!

Way cool dude.
It's a design that's been heavily borrowed from. My Ball Fireman has a clean bezel like yours and I think an Explorer from the same era would work well as a companion piece. |

That is the most beautiful Milgauss I've seen. The black markers and hands are excellent in contrasting with the silver dial.
The sub-second markers make the dial all the more special. That's a classy classic. Enjoy it in good health. I guess time will tell for the new Milgauss......I'm undecided as yet. |

The new Milgauss can't be very far away from release now.
I'm looking forward to some reviews from new owners, especially with the green tint sapphire crystal The orange 3, 6, 9 markers are difficult to accept, it is a break in tradition for Rolex to have different coloured luminova markers, I don't quite know what the reasoning is behind that move. It seems it only applies to the green tint crystal version, while the other 2 Milgauss models have the plain white superluminova markers. |

That is an absolutely stunningly gorgeous watch. Clean, simple, elegant.
I find it amazing that the Milgauss was not very popular in its day. If given the opportunity back then I would have purchased that watch in a heartbeat.

The 1019 silver dial is a beauty.
I had one on my wrist a couple of months ago, offered at £18k it was just a little to strong "cashwise" for my liking. I also can't believe they were slow sellers. I reckon they were made in really small numbers and know for a fact they were made to special order towards the end of production.
