16610 Authenticity, Need help!
I recently purchased a 16610 in August of last year (2011).
Everything feels and seems right about it. Everything except two things. The crown, when fully screwed in, its position is not fully pointing up. (Pic below) Mine is in between the horizontal and vertical position. Second, there is no number on the inside of the bracelet. Any tips out there? Thanks in advance. |

Why have you not taken it somewhere to open and check out the movement? The crown thing is normal. I am not sure about the Number on the bracelet. depends, perhaps you're not looking in the right place?

The crown is normal. With seals and threads being the way they are it's practically impossible to get iot lined up when screwed in. By the way the direction it points will change over time as the seals wear a bit.
Not sure which number you are reffering to for sure, but it would be helpful to publish a picture about what you are talking about.

The bracelet should be clearly marked; both near the endlinks and on the clasp. Throw up a few pics and we'll help you out...

My 16610's bracelet does not have any numbers near the end links.
