Years ago he thought there was loyalty, a couple months ago they pulled his parts account and he realized that was not the case. They did not tell him why he lost his AD status, but a lot of changes were made within the company.

The person responsible for supplying his region (meaning what watches he would get and how much he had to spend) was fired and replaced so that did not help. Aside from that they just seem to just not want these small town dealers anymore, after they took his AD status away they did not replace him with some other store in the area. There is no AD within 100 miles of him.

This is a shame. So now Asheville residents have to drive 100 miles each way to get a Rolex. Absurd. Let the guy keep the line, if he only sells 25 a year that's the market and that's OK. Meanwhile I'll be he sold 100+ as that is a well-to-do region with retirees and jobs.

This is a sad commentary on how corporate suits ruin the clientele enthusiasm, Step 1 to Destruction.
