New York or Dallas Rolex Center for Sub 93153 Bracelet Repair?
I am the proud 1st time owner of a 1993 16613 Blue bezel Sub. I like the no-cyclops look. (R16613360B9315) (S/N S80XXXXX).
I am having difficulty with the bracelet as it is too tight on my wrist even with the clasp pins moved all the way out to the end. The bracelet is a Rolex 18K/SS 93153 Bracelet with 401B End Links. It has 5 links on the inside wrist aspect and 7 links on the outside wrist aspect. It seems like one additional link is needed to make it comfortable to wear. Q: Does anyone have any knowledge or opinion as to whether the New York or Dallas Rolex Center would be a preferred choice for either buying a link (just "north" of the End Link) and have my local jeweler install for me here or whether I should just priority mail the watch to the Center for their attention? Thank you for any insight. Bradford |

You can buy links and half links any AD should be able to order you one but be warned they are quite expensive but easy to fit DIY.Or if any AD or RSC has one in stock they would fit it while you wait its only a 5 minute job

Hi Bradford and welcome to TRF.
Considering the watch's age, I would look for a pre owned link which will be significantly cheaper than new from an AD. Check Ebay or the like and adding it yourself is a piece of cake. Good luck!

The "no-cyclops" look?
The 16613 should have a cyclops...unless you (or a previous owner) had it removed. Having said that, I prefer the look sans cyclops also.
