My PAM88 crown guard fell off

Now what do I do? Any idea how much replacement is and what is the process????

Sorry to hear. Have you lost the crown guard &/or the screws?
If you have all of the parts, I would imagine that any competent watchmaker could re-attach it for you. If you have lost all/some of the parts, then it will almost certainly be a job for the Panerai Service Centre. Can't help you with cost/time I'm afraid. Good luck!

Watch was an automatic and worn daily. Wasn't paying attention.

Now I got it... sorry, didn't think of that since mine's hand-wound and thus I'm "fondling it" on a regular basis
