manufacturer date
Hi, i have a 179174 Z series DJ but how do i know what year of model or manufacture of my watch? For z serial# it could be 2006 or 2007???thanks!

What are the first 3 numbers after the "Z"? This will give you an idea of when it's from.
Anyway, what date is on your certificate??

Well, that is what is called a "late Z-series". My guess is that the watch is from October (or so) 2007.

The first Z-series' watches started with Z and then OOXXXX.
For example, I have an early M series' SS Daytona: M041XXX. (from 29th. of September 2007). The SS GMT IIc i bought on the 7th. of December 2007 has the serial number: M27XXXX.

My Bluesy is Z990XXX, with rehaut engraving. Bracelet stamp says July (EO7).
