wear it all the time

at the gym mostly cause don't want to leave in car or locker

Have never damaged my watch at the gym in years

plus gives guys like you something to look at!!

While I wouldn't recommend it, I wore my Yacht-Master to the gym for about a year when I had it on a Nato/Zulu.

It was comfortable and stable on the nato so I didn't notice it much. I lifted with it, ran with it, etc...

After I put the oyster back on it, I stopped wearing it to the gym.

All in all you're probably better off wearing like a G-Shock to the gym - but they can definitely handle being in the gym.

I wouldn't ...I wonder if they don't trust the security of lockers?
