CBP Seizes $1.2 Million In Fake Designer Watches At LAX

Quote:
This seizure of these trade-marked watches is testament to our officers’ vigilance in protecting the intellectual property rights of manufacturers and retailers,” stated Todd C. Owen, Director of the Los Angeles Field Operations office of U.S. Customs and Border Protection. “It is just another example of the caliber of the CBP officers in performing their day-to-day duties
Bravo, good job!

215 watches and then they put them at msrp to make the catch bigger???
So it's like catching a fish and comparing it's value to it's weight in caviar

For sure every day a 100 fold of these watches arrive in freighters in NYC every day - uncovered.

68 pounds and they list "watches" as the content with a 173 value....right.... I think anything over a certain weight limit they are required to inspect it and especially if the package says watches....
