dial/font variations
hi i have been looking at recent 36 mm explorers, the 114270 and have noticed that some seem to have slightly different fonts:
a different shaped "O" in the word explorer on the dial, some are very round and others ore more oval shaped, is it normal for this variation within the same model reference? grateful for any expert help or knowledge |

thank you ever so much for taking the time to reply padi56
of the watches i have been looking at i have noticed this difference in some explorers made very close together, in the same year, most with very round "o"'s and some with the narrower oval type. is this still normal? i can try to find some pictures to illustrate what if that would help, what i'm talking about is not looking with a loupe, just normal looking thanks |

Yes, there are 3 dial variations that I know of just with the 14060M Submariner, this with the 4 line version alone. Other models have the same kind of variations.
