escrow? - how to get sc...

To follow my precedent thread...

Here how I think the scam buyer do proceed... to scr... you

First they do not hesitate to go high in the auction

Then you receive an email from escrow.com Transactions... I am waiting for confirmation from the real site as I was in touch with them, but I am almost sure it's a real one even if there is no transaction number...

Then your buyer send you a PDF with all the instruction for packaging and provider for the shipping.

For someone with no feedback the PDF is amazingly well done. See attached PDF

Some conditions are asked :
- FEDEX int'l even if I said from the beginning that No FEDEX because they don't insure the watch. No Fedex kinkos because he wants to be sure that the box is send thru fedex and won't be manipulate by any agent in case this one is not trustable
- declaration for the item at 36$
- straight instructions for the packaging... NO FEDEX BOX... it says that he takes all responsibility as far as the item is pack upon his instruction. Shoe box with tape as the final one...

So here's my thought....
They use real escrow.com account so you start to be comfy.
You send the item upon the instruction... no need to say that now the package is easely identifiable...
I think an "accomplice" somewhere intercept the package and then the buyer just declare that he never receive it, which is actually true, at least no thru fedex... so he get his money back and the watch and you're scr...d
And no insurance...

How's that...

boy -you put some thought into that one huh,
just use common sense when using these services-check and re-check to make sure you have followed site protocol and all will generally be fine.

Thinking is easier and takes less time for some then for others.

Confirmation...
it's not even a real escrow account and I got the confirmation by escorw.com that is a fraud...
So anyone who received a PDF that looks the same run away.

BTW it didn't ask me a lot to think about such process, may be a small background as a lawyer help me out.
