I found this...
... shot from a few weeks ago...
It's nothing special, and I took it hand held just to check the white balance setting. I was cleaning my hard drive today, and I ran into it, and I kinda liked it.

Chip - great shot. Thanks for sharing. What equipment do you use? I tried taking photos of my watches with a 28-135mm Canon IS USM lens on a Canon Digital Rebel but they just don't turn out that great. What's the secret?

Great shot and watch. I like how you captured all the surface detail of the watch.

Is that SS or Ti Chip?
I may be wrong, but it looks Ti to me. Can't be many of those left. |

the omega is a Ti.
The lug shot is a Hamilton Jazzmaster in SS.

Chip, the second shot is excellent. It looks almost abstract due to the extreme closeup, and the brush detail on the lug is amazing. Nice job. I do love macro photography.

This is the crown on a 30 years old Speedmaster Pro which now belongs to Milke... I always wondered what this watch has been though... and the clasp... the back... the movement.... Or the dial... And finally... a full shot...
