Leather strap for 1503 (34 mm gent date)

So my project to find a bracelet (or repair my current one) continues. I have been researching leather straps to buy so that I can wear the watch until I get the bracelet situation sorted.

I measured the lugs and I found the space between to be exactly .75 inches (19.05mm).

Therefore, when I order the strap, I order the 19mm, correct?

I like the look of the Hirsch Siena (brown) strap. Anyone have a similar set-up they'd care to show us? I'd be curious to see any gold case (34-36mm) to see how the band compliments that size case. I like Hirsch's price point for seemingly decent quality. Certainly not top of the line, but the reviews I've seen are good ones.

Can you point me to a USA retailer of Hirsch products? It seems the stores I have found are in the UK, Germany, or Oz.

Or--any other suggestions for other manufacturers found here in the states?

Also, I am looking at curved ends vs. normal. If I ordered the curved ones, I presume it would also be 19mm? Any reason not to get curved ends?

If I ordered the normal one, can I use my factory end links? Or is any leather band too thick to allow for enough space between springbar and end link?

Thanks in advance.

The factory end links wouldn't fit the leather strap, and the curve ends Hirsch will not necessary also fit your watch. 1503 looks well with leather strap with or without end links.

Do you think you could make end links (without center link) for the 1503? If so could you tell me how much they'd cost and what the wait time is? Feel free to pm me if you'd rather...

Thanks!
