security certificate

When I log on from my computer I get a screen that says certificate has expired,having trouble logging on from my Ipad,not very computer savvy ,can someone please explain whats happening.THANKS

Yes, the security certificate for the site cannot be verified by your browser because the certificate has expired.

Website personnel are aware of it and working on it.

Your browser alerts you to this as it could have nefarious consequences. You should be able to accept the exception and still visit the site freely.
