I think Rolex is heading towards more boutiques and specialised shops.

Our local one has lost Omega too!

Plenty of ADs losing their Rolex license because ADs discount their timepieces whereas boutiques don't. I know one AD that lost Rolex, Omega, and Cartier....because all three now have their own boutique showrooms in the area. That's tough!!

EJ 'lost' Rolex by mutual consent

EJ didn't like Rolex's stringent rules & Rolex's demand to remodel their stores

Rolex didn't like EJ's inability to adhere to stringent rules and their refusal to remodel their stores

I knew there were only a few stores left but was checking yesterday and noticed there were none left on the EJ website anymore. Was hoping to use my Signet card as well!

That's a shame. I always used to get a minimum 10% discount on all my Rolexes 😠

I used to have an AD about 15 minutes from me but Rolex took their franchise and now the closest dealer is about 3 hours.
Now the trusted sellers here are my dealers. Much better.

Can an AD lose Rolex by discounting too heavily ? Anyone know the limits, if any, that Rolex will accept ? I know that after a sale, the AD has to send a copy of the invoice and warranty card to Rolex USA
