selling my TT sub...advice needed

Somebody saw my ad at the sales corner and contact me saying that he wants to buy my TT sub. The thing is that he doesn't want to do a wire transfer because he has been scammed in the past. He suggested paypal.

my question just in case he is a scammer:
Is there any danger for me using paypal?
is there any way he could lie that the watch was fake or that he didn't receive it and cause me problems?

Please advice...

PayPal is okay, and if your paper work matches the watch information that would be good also.

It is hard to have trust over a transaction like this, the watchmaker at my local AD was telling me about a regular customer that bought a Daytona over the Internet, when he got the watch he gave it to the watchmaker for review, the watch looked just fine but when the watchmaker opened it the movement was chinese!!!!! So this guy tells the seller he sent a fake watch right? well to his suprise the seller is now saying that the buyer changed the movement that they sent an original watch with papers and all and that the buyer tried to scam them by changing the movement!!!! now its a matter of the seller's word vs the buyers word!!!!
Hard to tell!!!

Maybe not a big help, but I have sold quite a few pipes on eBay during the times and I have always used PayPayl. I have never had any problems with getting my money from the buyers.

For sellers, unless your buyer is pretty well known with buying references, wire transfer is the only way to go. It is very easy for buyers to screw you over with Paypal (won't mention how here).

I have an ebay business, i use paypal everyday, no issues no problems. I only sell domestically and I block those with bellow 99% positive feedback from buying. I still have scammers that either hijack an account or they send bogus e-mails but they get nabbed pretty quickly. The major problem with paypal are their fees rather then security. I've not heard of a successful PP scam in years and given that I sell large volumes of PC's and electronics I've heard them all
