14060m relisted 3 times

Hey guys,
I've been following this 14060m which is going for kinda a low price. Pictures are not awesome but the only thing that I can see is the laser etched crown.
I'm sure you guys will be able to advice properly.

1) the price isn't that low.
2) No serial range given? That's weird.
3) The guy does not seem like a person I would want to buy an expensive watch from - his only history selling is a LV purse, an iphone and some shoes. The pictures are clearly stock photos - their professionalism doesn't jibe with his complete lack of description.
4) In his broken English description he says he's "sold a few watches here" but there is no feedback for such transactions.

Run... to the classifieds here and get one from a trusted seller.

Not planing into buying, I continuously add stuff to my watch list on ebay to see fow how much they end, but this one has been relisted 3 times. One of those times somebody bought it for 4001 USD but got relisted too.
Then on closer inspection i saw the coronet so I posted it here.
Would never buy from a listing like that. =)

Also the last pics has 5 ticks unders swiss made while the other 2 have 3. I'll report it.

I once bought a guitar on eBay and after I'd sent the fund via registered check another buyer of the same guitar contacted me saying they'd never received the guitar. This was back before Paypal was required. Never saw the guitar nor the money again. Some times scammers will use the same scam over and over. Good to be wary.

I've noticed the pics are from different watches once posted. I've reported it but ebay didnt take it down. That watch has been online for ages!
