I couldn't care less about elitism, I just care about watches and you are slowly destroying one.

I stopped offering help as I was trying to get you to stop destroying the movement as others have done too.

If you wanted to have this movement sorted I would do it for parts as others have offered. This is very generous as it would take a long time to sort your problems out.
Otherwise if you want to learn how to repair this properly then you can pay me to down tools and talk you through a basic strip and assembly in a day. But this would cost 10-12 times the cost of a Rolex service.
Or do what everyone else does and gradually build up to it. Start learning how a watch works, then do basic things like hand and dial changing. Then move to a cheap old pocket watch movement and so on. Then in 6 months time try the Rolex again.

I think you are taking the piss and taking advantage of the forum members here and their generosity to help you.

The GREAT people of this forum have gone out of their way to give you hundreds of dollars in FREE advice. They have helped you! You have learned and made progress!!

They have suggested that you take the watch to a watchmaker. So instead of thanking them; taking their advice; you call them names!?
