Picked up DSSD today.....
As usual during my lunch hour I visited my AD today, tried on the new Sea-Dweller and DSSD, with plans to purchase the SD.
In the end I went for the DSSD, as the new release SD was too similar to my 114060 in general terms. The price difference between the SD and DSSD surprised me... Wrist presence notwithstanding, I got used to the weight pretty quickly, so far not an issue with my long sleeves. Removed the diver's extension for a better fit and all is good😄 Here's my usual wrist pic, thanks for reading everyone! |

That looks great! Congrats!
I'm in the market for a DSSD also. How does it compare to your 42mm PO, size and thickness-wise? Does it seem far more bulky or not? I need to start lunching like you do! |

Picked up DSSD today.....
Quote:
Thanks Dave, weight is just a little heavier than the PO, but nicely distributed by the case. 1mm size difference😄 I do not feel the bulk that much and its not moving around lopsided or anything, the convenient micro adjustments took care of that. |
