Southern FL huh.......It would only take me 16 hours or so to get there.....keep an open plate for me!!!!!

I made the same thing on Monday! I use a Crock Pot though. Fill it 1/2 way with a mix of apple juice and water, then the corned beef, then the potatoes. 2 hours before dinner, add the cabbage! Put a couple drops of green dye into your beer, and voila, the annual St Patty's Day feast!

You must drive slow. I'm 6 hrs northwest of you and the last time I drove to Palm Beach I made it in 17 hrs. Door to door
