Hey I'm new on the forums, this is my first thread, i've been following the forum for a year though, I'm very curious about Your opinions on custom rolex watches made by above and other companies..Do You own one of above? How does the dlc/pvd coating last in everyday use?? I own two submariners 116613LN and 116610LV and I'm planning to get a custom Gmt2 ..any reviews, wich brand is a trust worthy? Thanks for any recomendations !! Davee

Welcome here, I like only minor easy reversible modifications i.e. red date wheel on a YM or similar like a clasp upgrade. A glass case back is nice as well.
All the black out stuff is not my cup of tea and I don't like it.
That is of course only my 2c and I really do appreciate the joy people find in owning a watch in whatever configuration they like.
If you like it go for it and enjoy.
(Quality wise these firms you mention do quite a good job, nothing to worry about imo)
