Maybe I broke my polar?
my watch was stopped to not being worn yesterday, so I wound it. I tried to set the hour hand independently but it wouldn't do anything. I started from the beginning several times, pushed the crown all the way in and pulled it out once then on the second click it would just spin and I could feel and hear a grinding noise.
I pulled the crown to the 3rd position and was able to set the time that way and wore the watch. Today it magically works and all is good. Anyone have any ideas as to what could have happened? It's a 216570 btw |

I'd be inclined to have that looked at, especially if it's still under warranty.

So the hour hand wouldn't do the jumo hours on the first click out the first time around?
Will it now? Not that I can give the answer, just curious what happened. Seems this comes up more often on the 3187.

Welcome to the " My Explorer II 216570 Stopped Working Club ".
Here's a couple of links on the forum for you. It's a common problem with the 3187 / 3186 movements. http://www.rolexforums.com/showthrea...highlight=duey http://www.rolexforums.com/showthrea...highlight=duey Sorry |

No it wouldn't change the hour hand. Wouldn't do anything, tried it several times throughout the night. Now it all works perfectly as it should.
