According to a review on Yelp, someone on this forum gave them a favorable review (the rest of the reviews are a mixed bag).

I had some contact with them when looking to sell my Explorer II. They seemed very professional and have decent reviews, although I didn't personally go through with selling to them.

On bob's watches

Actually, I just emailed them this morning about a watch I'm interested in. I asked for a photo of the inside of the watch, shots of the engravings on the side (serial and make) and condition of bezel.

Response was: they won't send photos of the inside of watch until I pay for it for 'warrenty reasons' but that I do have three days to return the watch. THey also won't provide other shots and the bezel it turns out is a replacement, THO that's not stated on the site. All in all, makes me wonder. I've asked them to explain the warrenty link to a photo of inside.
