Where to authenticate a Tudor?

This might sound silly, but I'm perplexed at the moment. I'm looking at a 1960s Tudor. Its got a non-rolex strap, and a California dial, but the price is right. Question is where can I authenticate the other parts? Rolex AD? Tourneau? There is also a, I understand, reputable independent shop called National Watch? I'm in Philadelphia.

If you can post pictures of it Steve will sniff it and see if it is real.

He has an uncanny nose for picking out fakes.
