Each to their own. I like the worldwide warranty aspect of the RSC mentioned earlier.

It's the same with my cars. My indy BMW garage knows me by name, knows how I take my coffee, and gives it to me straight. They take me to the floor and show me my issues, give solid recommendations, and treat me like I'm the only car they're working on. At the dealership, they have no idea who I am.

I want the same from my watchmaker.
