The most you would pay for a Tudor Prince OysterDate 18K/SS ?

I've been looking at the DJ and the Tudor and this guy wants $2,750 for a MINT. I've done my research and I'm seeing as low as $800 and as high as $1,300-$1,400.

I had to come to the trusty TRF to get you guys opinion on the most you would offer for a Tudor Oyster Date or just stick it out and get the DJ.

Thanks in advance!

$1250 would make a lovely watch, like the sub looks a lot like its big brother.

Yeah I am thinking the most I would offer is 1200-1300. I love this watch but the guy is trying to pull a fast one. smh

$500
EDIT: Not sure I would want it, or could sell it in my area. $1250 would be a fair price, but I would not really be interested so I couldn't pay a fair price.

maybe for a vintage SS one w/o b&p, in all seriousness to the OP I agree $1,250 would be a fair price for both parties, maybe 1300-1350 if you really love it.

There are vintage Datejust for $1600, especially with gold or champagne dial. I agree that withl all box/papers $1500 is fair, but must admit I would not pay it. Has limited resale value if you tire of it.
