Rolex 2508 questions

Hi, new to this forum and the world of vintage Rolex. Stumbled upon this piece and would like to hear thoughts on it. I am a big fan of the design here but struggle with the copper dial housed in a yellow gold case being something that was created from the beginnings. Also the black chrono arrow hands seem odd on this reference. Usually antimagnetic/que is printed on this reference as well as far as I am aware. So…. any thoughts out there?
