Thanks all

I struggled setting the second time zone yesterday tbh lol

I got there in the end

But i think i noticed something weird about the date. I could try explain it but it would probably be easier to record a vid and upload to youtube.

There should be an instruction booklet in the box that gives a detailed guide on how the mechanism works.
If I remember correctly the first position of the crown (after unscrewing from locked position) is to wind, then the first notch is the local time or normal hour hand which also changes the date, the next notch stops the second hand and allows setting of the GMT hand but the hour & minute hand will move too so set the GMT & minute hand first then push crown in and set local time hour hand/date.

When setting the GmT hour and normal hour hand I noticed it was changing the date whilst the hour hand was at 10pm but if i went back and them went forward again it would do iy sometimes but not others

Il try capturing it in a vid today

Maybe im doing sumot wrong

Cheers

Hmmm, yeah the date shouldn't be changing at 10 o'clock position, should be at 12

Yep, but as i said, easiest to set the GMT hand & minute hand first then set the local hand because when setting the GMT hand all the hands move but the local hand moves independently

For your box question: I read on the website the Green GMT Hand that there are three Rolex box sizes. All stainless models come in a small box, TT come in a medium size box and PM and the deepsea come in the large size. Is it possible they gave you a TT box by mistake? Or the website I read was wrong. Or I read it wrong.

Congrats, so the ExpII will be for Christmas ???
Re: the boxes.. I just bought a Daytona SS and asked for a medium box. They gave me one as they said the ladies who purchase a TT, prefer the small box, hence more medium boxes in their drawers.
So it's the luck of the draw in which you get unless you ask for a certain size.
