Advice on My Next Timepiece

I am currently searching for a new watch next to my beloved Blue 15400, 116610LV, and JeanRichard Terrascope.

I have narrowed down my search list to three;
1) 5711 White,
2) 26470 Grey (elephant)
3) 15202 I Series

Which one would be the perfect addition in your opinion?

Thanks,

I'd go with the pp.

Since you don't have PP, would be a nice balance.

I own the white 5711 and the grey 26470. Will add 15202 one day. I love all three, but the white 5711 really has the edge.

Why would you replicate the 15400 in the form of a 15202? No logic to that choice.

Truth be told, your shortlist is rather mundane and de rigueur.
I’d honestly spend the same money on a VC Overseas (47040 or 41950) – pre-owned or new – and the rest on a Girard Perregaux Chrono Hawk, or Laureato Evo 3 or Traveler, seeing as you’re missing a moonphase and chronograph.

You can argue that GP isn’t considered as revered as they once were, and should be, but it’d offer a collection of interesting looking and lesser seen pieces, rather than the usual gamut.

Ok all 3 are great pieces, the 15202 is REDUNDANT as hell if you have a blue 15400 IMO, I would suggest the PP, I prefer in blue but if you want white it's your choice and blue would be very close to your blue AP, but the ROO is a very cool piece too, on a grey rubber strap it rocks, but the Jumbo definitely no having a blue 15400, any of the other 2 is cool, I'd go for the PP, personal preference, but if you want diversity in your collection the ROO might make a better pick, the PP is quite close to your 15400 in terms of style, the ROO would be a slightly more original touch added to your collection, may I suggest a ceramic diver? it's a fantastic watch and would be great in your collection, plus the ceramic case and bezel is quite cool, no scratches, and since ROO's are quite thick they bump and scratch easily, not this one, AP don't produce them anymore but you can find new or mint for around 19-22K in euros, in any case let us know your decision, good luck

Possible also but I prefer getting less but of very high quality, the pieces you propose are nice but a VC overseas is no RO, Nautilus or ROO in my book, now the first 2 GP you propose I don't like, for the traveler either moon phase or world timer now that's a different story as I find both very cool.

About his list being "mundane and de rigueur" I don't agree, it's just 3 great watches of iconic status made in an incredible quality from 2 incredible brands, you can see in my signature what I would love to have but I will probably have my AP diver in CE, that one stays for sure, 100% the 5712 comes back and probably, haven't decided yet, a 5167R, I love these watches, miss my 5712 each day that passes, so the Lange and RM won't come in the stable as they are just too expensive for me to be comfortable wearing watches of that price on my wrist, that might change as a few years ago I never would have thought I would ever wear a watch worth more than 5K, the most expensive I got and wore was the PP 5726, so what I will have, either 2 or 3, might also seem "mundane and de rigueur" but it's the watches I love the most and know I will keep, especially the AP and the 5712, I can guarantee those 2 ain't going anywhere, haven't decided about the Aquanaut yet, but I really like it a lot, in RG not in SS, if you have any suggestions for my third I'm all ears

Model number correction – the VCO chronograph is 49150.

The GP Traveler is the new version of the discontinued Laureato Evo 3 Moon (I guess you were thinking of the chronographs) which has big date, moonphase, power reserve and sub-dial seconds.
Sadly, it’s only available on a leather strap.

3>1>2 with those choices. If a blue 5711, then 1>3>2

Since you have the 15400, I'd get the 5711.
Better yet, sell the 15400 and get the 15202 and 5711!
