The DaVinci surgical system allows surgeons to perform complex operations, ie colon removal, bowel and stomach surgery, hernia repair etc through very small incisions with very short recovery and great post op results. Google "Davinci robot" for more info. It's a cool deal. Almost as cool as my black bay lol!

Know the DaVinci Robotic surgery well. Had my Kidney and Tumoir removed 5 months ago by this process. So Rolex and Robot get my vote
