I for my part wouldn't touch it.
The GMT is stated to be an X65XXXX SER #. The X-series is from 1991. But the dial shows a SuperLuminova dial, not a Tritium was like it should be since Tritium was banned in 1998. So at least the dial has been exchanged, and probably the hands, too.
