Poor visibility with Grey themes..... Any others have similar issues

I have a 42mm ROO grey themes titanium on a bracelet. First of all I have to say that I love the watch and it looks amazing in person. That said, it's a little annoying that the minute it gets a little dim it becomes very difficult to tell the time. When you have an almost 30k watch and you have to take your phone out to tell the time it becomes a real pain.

Actually thinking about trading it in for the 44mm ROO stainless and ceramic. Curious if any others have had similar issues.

Thanks

the 44mm ROO is amazing. I have the "grey themes" in steel and know exactly what you mean, but i knew this going into it. I believe all three of the other current 42mm ROO variations have lume. I just love the grey so for me it was worth the sacrifice,

I agree chadri... But was out in bars/clubs in vegas and had to take my phone out all night long to see what time it was. I don't care what people think but felt a little awkward.

Not sure what I'm going to do,lol.

haha that is a funny situation. Gotta love having a high end watch that can do it all lol

Just be happy you're out at bars and clubs in vegas. I haven't been out in like a year.

If any watch doesn't satisfactorily handle it's most basic function, telling me the time, then it isn't performing its job...for me. There are an awful lot of ROO's out there that I'm sure will provide sufficient visibility for you.
