Hello Everyone,

I would like to get my GMT PVD plated and wondered if anyone had any experience with this, or if there is somebody you may all be able to suggest.

Rolex or AP?

Haven't you asked the same question over on TZUK for an AP?

Anyways the only two companies I see that come recommended are ABC in LA (who I believe only offer limited DLC work watch head etc not complete works due to quality control) or IWW

Both US based, for UK you'll have to look at Titan Black or similar but when I looked into this it was at least double the cost compared to the above places.

Hi, I personally wouldn't as I have seen a few after a couple of years look worn with scratches.. The pvd coating is resistant but not entirely as it does wear.. So depends how often you will wear it and how much it is exposed to certain conditions/environment.

Titan black is just one company to check

But also try bamfordwatches (you can see their work on Instagram)

Don't listen to these responses. If you want it done....get it done. Jack@IWW did mine SEVERAL years ago. I dive with mine and wear it EVERYWHERE. The finish is holding-up EXTREMELY well.
