1680 Crystal - Can you tell if it is a service replacement or Original?

Hello guys. 2 questions for you; i hope you can answer.

Could any of the experts tell me if it is a service replacement or original?

Also do you recommend getting the slight scratches off the crystal or replacing it on the service i am going to be taking it for?

Thanks in advance.

I like using white toothpaste to clean my crystals of paint from door jambs. The blue tooth paste doesn't seem to be as effective
