Yeah honestly to me, I can't see anything wrong with the pictures. But then again I am a complete novice to the Rolex scene. I would also be interested in knowing what the signs are for this watch being fake?

Typically we don't discuss all of the "tells" here, but there are enough of them present to say without doubt, that the watch is counterfeit.
Just be thankful you paid via PayPal, and be sure to follow all of the steps and adhere to the timelines for a refund.
