Well its a FRANKEN, and not a "Chinese" copy.
Reported as follows: This is a FRANKEN watch and NOT a ROLEX so breaks trademark infringement. Seller states as follows SWISS ETA 2824 28800vhp Same sweep as the Rolex cal 3135 But it is NOT a ROLEX and should be removed Adam

although the seller has made full disclosure to any potential buyers, the "noob factory case" has infringed the Rolex trademark by having the word "Rolex" laser etched onto the rehaut (this has grounds for reporting I believe).
If the case were sterile and therefore does not feature any markings, then that would be a different story and perhaps acceptable if the seller continuous to make full disclosure of everything. I got nothing against franken watches if deception and fraud doesn't take place and the exchange party is fully informed |
