Isn't it easier just to go legit these days? This crap would have done well in the 1990s pre-Internet (widespread anyway). Even today, he could sell legitimate watches and make a buck. Even if he wanted to sell frankensteins, there are places where that stuff is discusesed. He'd probably do well, and no one would care. Scamming people isn't very smart, especially in a place like this.

I've said it before, with this recent rash of the most trusted folks in vintage rolex breaking bad, from Mulholland on up, I don't trust anyone anymore. Become your own expert or it's caveat emptor.

You may need help finding something rare and/or unusual; however it's your money so you probably want to be damn sure about what you are buying!

the first link looks like alot of unsubstantiated drama between people posing as third persons. dunno who is behaving more hysterical...the alleged watch scammer or the nitwit girl blabbering on about how the guy chases girls and will break hearts. are women in denver that desperate for dates? i can't imagine the guy being that much in demand. i also can't see how this silliness is even slightly relevant. there's enough stuff floating around about his watch shenanigans that would certainly trump any gossip on his private life.

First time I have looked at this part of the forum and wow what a thread to start off with. Forget crime novels, this has it all. Some demented baddy who has several personalities and the good guys chasing him around the Internet and exposing him at every opportunity.
