Thumbs down on the Wynn Roles store

My wife's gold DJ, is in need of a routine service, I figure maybe $800 to $1,100 for this shop visit considering the realestate. The lady I spoke to when I called regarding this told me that they would not do an appraisal on the watch unless I had purchased it there. Amazing as I had not asked for a free appraisal, but rather would they do one in addition to the service and bill accordingly.

These people have their heads and noses so far in the air that I couldn't recommend someone doing any business with them.

I will do that now. I was just thinking it might have been easier and an excuse to view the great assortment of Rolex watches they have.
