Visit to the Omega boutique

My wife and I were in Cherry Creek in Denver and I had to stop by the Omega boutique because I hadn’t tried on the Speedmaster and I’ve been wanting one for a while. While we were there, we heard some Omega history and checked out some other pieces. Towards the end of our visit which was about an hour or so later the gentleman hands me a paper to fill out for info and events. While I am writing I notice that the pen has a nice feel and as I like pens I look check it out and notice that it’s an Omega pen. I has seen different brand pens like AP (one of my favorites) and Rolex along with others but never an Omega one. While I am handing him the info and pen I compliment his pen and he asks me to wait only to return with the same pen in a box along with a pen for my wife. A very kind gesture indeed, not to mention my wife said that I should come back and purchase a piece with him. The fact that he brought a pen out for her definitely swayed her. I didn’t take any wrist shots so I apologize but I did catch a nice photo of the meteorite dial. It was amazing!!!

I do like omega sales staff - they knock some other brands into the weeds. Nice pen, and nice watch.

Are you going to buy it?

I do like the watch but I will be going for the iconic Speedmaster Professional Moon Watch.

Feel the same way, omega sales people are second to none, Rolex on the other hand... not so great.

Comparing my experience dealing with the Omega boutique vs the Rolex boutique in the Houston Galleria is night and day. Omega people are way more friendly and will talk watches with you whereas the Rolex people feel like I'm meeting with a Board of Directors or senior management. Really stuffy.

Visit to the Omega boutique

Such good service and I have to say we had really nice service at the omega ad next to bond st tube station and we left with a nice thick catalog after trying on a planet ocean with orange bezel
Pens look great

Feel the same way, I have spent hours in a omega boutique in south Florida talking watches. It’s refreshing to talk watches with someone that actually knows what they r talking about. Rolex is the polar opposite, even wearing a Rolex they look at me like I can’t afford it, and don’t ever want to talk about watches.
