Looks like the seller may be using random pics. They may be like Bobs Watches and use stock photos because they have multiples in stock

It's not a 116619...

Pics are of two different watches. Both with fake dials and aftermarket bezels. Probably mixed up pics with one of their previous "creations" of the same type. The fine print in the listing mentions both the dial and bezel being aftermarket. However, the dial is certainly counterfeit. It is very common for some eBay "grey dealers" to "upgrade" genuine watches with parts to make them appear as more desirable/expensive models. In this case it's turning a 116610 into a 116619 "Smurf" clone.
Other common bastardizations include turning a 16610 into a 16610LV clone, etc. or simply swapping similar parts with counterfeit/aftermarket garbage and then selling the genuine parts separately.

So basically he put a counterfeit dial and shitty Chinese bezel on a 116610 LN, is calling it a Smurf, sold the authentic dial and bezel, and now wants $9000 for it?

LOL, I think that about sums it up. Just as I suspected, they've got a Hulk clone amongst their other hideous "creations" as well: https://www.ebay.com/itm/282932326743
Must be a pretty profitable scheme, as they have well over 600 Rolexes listed and most have counterfeit dials and other junk parts.

I messaged them. He said it was a authentic Rolex dial that has been refinished. Yeah right!

Yes the real deal are solid white gold. This thing is just a mock up. A stainless sub with fake dial and fake bezel insert. The dial looks like junk, lume plots and surrounds are off, printing and font are crap. Waste of money buying this crap,IMO. The Hulk mock up is another botch job.

This same guy used to sell alot of the original removed parts right here on TRF's classified section. It was actually a good resource lol! He got banned a while back... I have no idea why.

How do they get away with that? "Custom/aftermarket" with Rolex brand name printed is counterfeit.

Limited Watches. They sell some of the most garish 'custom' dials and bezels on authentic Rolex watches and then charge a premium. I would stay away from this seller.
