What would be Seiko's model more similar in appearance to the new Daytona 116500 from Rolex?

Those are just my suggestions.
You won’t find a Seiko chronograph with a ceramic bezel I don’t think

Possibly something vintage, from around the late 60s, early 70s. That's was Seiko's chronograph heyday, IMO, when they were pioneeering automatic chrono movements, like the 6139 and 6138.
